Delivery Policy
Calculix sells one thing: a digital membership that removes advertising from this website. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no delivery charges, no delivery address and no delivery delays.
This page exists because payment gateways require a delivery policy from every merchant, including those selling purely digital services.
1. What you receive
Access to Calculix without advertising, plus extended saved calculation history, for the term you paid for. There is no download, no physical item and no separate licence key.
2. When you receive it
Immediately. Ad-free access activates the moment your payment is confirmed by the gateway — typically within a few seconds. Reload any page and the advertising is gone.
3. If it does not activate
Occasionally a browser is closed mid-payment or a gateway is slow to confirm. If the money has left your account and ad-free access has not started within 30 minutes:
- sign out and sign back in — this refreshes your membership status;
- if it is still not active, email info@calculix.in with the transaction reference.
We will either activate it manually or refund you in full. You will not be left having paid for nothing.
4. Service availability
The site is available around the clock apart from occasional planned maintenance, which we keep short and schedule for low-traffic hours. If an unplanned outage takes up a meaningful part of your paid period, our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
5. Geographic availability
Calculix is available worldwide. The calculators are built around Indian tax, GST and statutory rules, so they are most useful to users in India. Payment in Indian Rupees is handled by our Indian gateway partners; international cards are supported through PayPal.
