These terms govern your use of Calculix at calculix.in. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The site is operated by Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited, trading as AjonTec.
1. What Calculix is
Calculix provides free online calculators for Indian tax, GST, salary, accounting, business and personal finance. Every calculator shows its full working so you can check the result against your own figures.
2. What Calculix is not
This is the most important clause on the page, so it is stated plainly.
Nothing on this site is professional advice. It is not tax advice, not legal advice, not investment advice, not accounting advice and not a substitute for a qualified professional. The calculators are general-purpose tools that model common situations. They do not know your facts.
Tax law changes with every Finance Act. GST rates change by notification. Platform fees change without notice. Your situation may involve set-offs, carried-forward losses, relief provisions, state-specific rules or contractual terms that no general calculator can account for.
Before acting on any figure from this site — filing a return, signing a contract, setting a price, making an investment — have it reviewed by a qualified chartered accountant, tax practitioner, lawyer or financial adviser.
3. Accuracy and warranties
We take accuracy seriously. Formulas are tested against hand-computed examples, rates are stored as editable settings so they can be corrected quickly, and every result shows its steps. Even so, the site is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every rate shown is current at the moment you read it.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited, its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the site, or from reliance on any calculation produced by it.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or ₹1,000, whichever is lower. For users of the free service, that amount is nil.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
5. Your account
An account is optional; every calculator works without one. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. Give accurate information — an account opened with a false identity may be closed.
6. Membership and payment
A paid membership removes advertising and extends saved calculation history. It does not unlock additional calculators or change any result — every calculation is identical for free and paying users, and always will be.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected by our payment gateway partners; we never handle your card or banking credentials.
Memberships are for a fixed term and do not auto-renew unless you are told clearly at the point of purchase that they do. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl or extract the site at volume, or use automated tools to place unreasonable load on it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or its database;
- reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the calculation engines, design or code as your own product or service;
- introduce malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or interfere with another user's use of it;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of any applicable regulation.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms, without refund where the breach is serious.
8. Intellectual property
The calculation engines, source code, interface design, written content, name and branding of Calculix are owned by Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited and protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may use the site and its outputs for your own business and personal purposes. You may not republish the content or reproduce the tools as your own.
9. Third-party links and advertising
The site displays advertising and may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Any dealing with an advertiser is between you and them.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The revision date below will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be announced on the site.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
